Producer and Import Price Index in October 2026

The monthly statistic measures the price development of goods (products and services) which are produced and sold by businesses operating within Switzerland and also that of imported goods. The results are published as indices and are used as an economic indicator, for deflation, for various analyses and for indexing cost estimates and contracts. In addition to the publication of a monthly press release, there is an online service with a series of tables with detailed results.
