Financial statistics of means-tested social benefits for poverty reduction (FIBS)
The finance statistics of social assistance in the broader sense provide information on net expenditure on means-tested social benefits in Switzerland. They are based on the Confederation's existing data collections and various other sources such as cantonal or financial compensation calculations. Expenditure is presented by benefit type and by canton. In addition, the share of costs borne by the Confederation, cantons and communes is shown.
