This dataset presents the annual figures for convicted adults by nationality, law [Swiss Criminal Code (SCC), Road Traffic Act (RTA), Foreigners and Integration Act (FNIA) or Narcotics Act (NarcA)], gender, age, population category (permanent resident population in Switzerland or other population categories), since 2024.
