The updated tables show study intensity (expressed as a percentage of a full-time study course) as well as student mobility within Switzerland for the universities and universities of teacher education. Data is displayed depending on the type of higher education institution, the level of studies and the branch of study.

The tables show detailed information on students, entrances and graduates at universities and institutes of technology, by canton or district of residence before the start of studies.

Through its mortality monitoring, the FSO observes excess mortality, i.e. the weekly number of deaths above the usual value for the season. The mortality rates are one of the main indicators in health statistics and play a fundamental role in public health.

The tourist accommodation statistics (HESTA) is conducted at national level covering 5000 hotels, health establishments and campsites. Its purpose is to gather data on the number of establishments, rooms and beds as well as data on arrivals and overnight stays by visitors' country of residence.

The monthly statistic measures the price development of goods (products and services) which are produced and sold by businesses operating within Switzerland and also that of imported goods. The results are published as indices and are used as an economic indicator, for deflation, for various analyses and for indexing cost estimates and contracts. In addition to the publication of a monthly press release, there is an online service with a series of tables with detailed results.

The alphabetic index of the CD-10-GM (International statistical classification of diseases and related health problems - German Modification) is published by the FSO once every two years in French and Italian. The French and Italian language versions of the alphabetic index of the ICD-10-GM 2024 (PDF, print, CSV) will be published in November 2024. The Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM) publishes the German language version one year in advance.

The alphabetical index of the Swiss classificaion of surgical interventions CHOP serves as a starting point for finding a code from the systematic index. In mid-November 2025, the alphabetic index of the CHOP 2026 will be published in German, French and Italian (PDF, CSV, Print).

The statistics on cancer in Switzerland provide an overview of cancer-related new cases and deaths (with information on the number of cases and rates) in both men and women and show the changes since 1984.

This publication examines the educational pathways of children from asylum-seeking backgrounds, whether they are refugees, provisionally admitted, or asylum seekers. It looks at both their entry into compulsory schooling and their educational pathways (particularly any repetition of school years).

As part of the Statistics on tourist accommodation (HESTA), the FSO observes, among other things, the monthly development of overnight hotel stays in Switzerland, which is a key indicator for this sector. The HESTA-Flash estimate provides a first indication of this development at national level several working days before publication of the full, detailed results for the month considered.

The Economic Accounts for Agriculture (EAA) provide information on the current economic situation of Swiss agriculture, while the Regional Accounts for Agriculture (RAA) provide information on regional realities, particularly in the cantons. The revised results 2023-2025 and the first estimates for the year 2026 will be published.

The results of the Household Budget Survey 2024 and the results by household type and by Region for 2022-2024 will be published in form of tables, graphics and a press release. They will contain indicators over all private households in Switzerland. They will be available as overview tables with the main income and expenditures aggregates as well as detailed tables of the hierarchically structured expenditures and quantities consumed.
