27.08.2025 - Factors such as marital status, parenthood and age are associated with different wage levels for men and women. At its meeting on 27 August 2025, the Federal Council adopted a report on this topic in response to Dobler postulate 22.4500. The report has identified additional indicators for monitoring gender pay equality, which will be included in future statistics.
