Primary household income

Primary household income
Primary income is defined as the total remuneration of all household members (including employees' social contributions but excluding employers' social contributions) as well as their investment and rental income. In other words, to calculate the primary income, we take the gross household income and subtract from this transfer benefits (pensions, social security and other monetary transfers from other households).
