Integration indicators

The system of integration indicators is made up of 41 indicators split into eight areas of life. The indicators are shown by migration status, or if that is not available, by nationality combined with place of birth, if the variable is available.

Under no circumstances can migration status be considered as the only explanatory factor for the differences found between various population groups. Other variables, such as age, nationality (e.g. EU-EFTA vs. other countries) and educational attainment, may also explain these differences. The tables broken down by various socio-demographic characteristics are available on each page of the integration indicators.
