In 2024/25, the percentage of students at universities of teacher education (UTE) attending full-time studies (intensity of 90% or more) was on average 63% at Bachelor’s level. For students at Master’s and Upper Secondary Diploma level, these percentages were much smaller (16% and 12% respectively). In certain branches, such as Special Education or Upper Secondary (Vocational/Professional Education), there were virtually no full-time students, as these courses are usually completed while working.
