Enterprise group

Enterprise group

An enterprise group exists when one unit (group head) exercises control over one or several other units (affiliate(s)). The unit with ultimate control (group head) is the one that is not controlled by another unit and it is this unit that decides on the group’s strategic and economic orientation. It holds – directly or indirectly – more than half of the voting shares belonging to the units of the group.
